I am a small business owner, and I had recently been through some stressful changes at work.  All of us, both my team and myself, make an effort to bring a positive attitude to work, but for months everything seemed to be going wrong. The continuous string of bad luck had reached almost ridiculous proportions – it became a common conversation topic.

My staff started joking about having someone come in to bless the office.  I knew I had to do something, and I was out of ideas.  Morale was dropping so I began to seriously consider a blessing – why not?  This was all unfamiliar territory for me, but Terri was very professional, pleasant, and willing to explain her entire process.

I do believe the morale has improved.  One rude customer doesn’t ruin everyone’s day.  Plus, the team seems to have really pulled together more than ever before.  It’s fantastic.
